Slides: loses slide position when reloading document

Open a slides presentation, jump to slide 4 or so. Press F5.

Expected: Should remain on slide 4 (this worked until yesterday's print feature). If you press right arrow, it should forward to slide 5.

Actual: slide 4 is shown but greyed out. If you press right arrow, presentation jumps to slide 2.

This did never work with slides on my machine. It's a known bug.

So I guess it has nothing todo with the 'print' feature.

Will fix.

It works stable on my Windows Chrome with r85, but does not with r86.

(In [96]) When changing slides, update the URL in the navigation bar. This allows for bookmarking slides. closes #12.
